Mohneet's story

Mohneet’s expertise spans two critical dimensions: The macro-level architecture of portfolios — how they’re built to deliver long-term results. And the forensic analysis of the moving parts inside them — where hidden risks and inefficiencies often lie

This dual perspective — the ability to zoom out to see the big picture, and zoom in to interrogate the detail — gives her a rare, 360° understanding of how portfolios work, where risk hides, and what drives long-term success.

She is equally comfortable designing the car — and fine-tuning every part of the engine. Before co-founding &together, Mohneet was a senior leader in Vanguard’s $1 trillion Multi-Asset team. She led the design and delivery of Vanguard’s European flagship portfolio range — one of the UK’s most widely used investment solutions, with over £50bn of client assets.

She also became a trusted voice for the UK adviser community, regularly hosting market update calls with 400+ IFAs dialling in to hear her views. Her work helped shape the investment approach used by more than 80% of UK advisers, contributing to evidence-based outcomes for hundreds of thousands of investors.

Earlier in her career, Mohneet worked on trading desk at Nomura Asset Management, managing interest rates, currencies, and fixed income — deep in the micro-engineering of portfolio construction.

She later moved into broader investment strategy roles, designing solutions for sophisticated institutions — shifting from mechanics to architecture. This blend of technical depth and commercial experience gives her a full-circle view of how capital works — and what truly drives meaningful investment outcomes.

Clients value her ability to translate complexity into clarity, and to bring rigour, calm, and confidence to every investment conversation—grounded in a commitment to transparent fees and diversified, low-cost portfolios designed to stand the test of time.
